✅ Return Policy:

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about your refund status.

🔁 Exchange Policy:

  • If you received a defective or wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or exchange as soon as possible.

⚠️ Non-returnable items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, skin care products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged.
